This Privacy Policy explains how our app collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use our educational interactive learning features, alphabet tracing activities, coin rewards, and AI-powered storytelling.

2. Information We Collect

We believe in data minimization. We only collect the minimal information strictly necessary to provide and synchronize our educational services:

A. Information Provided by the User / Google Sign-In

• Guest Users: When you use Storify Kids as a Guest, all game progress and learning activities are saved locally on your device. No personal information is collected.
• Google Sign-In (Optional): If you choose to sign in with your Google account, we receive your public profile information (such as your display name and email address) via Firebase Authentication to create a unified account, synchronize your coins, and restore your purchases across devices.

B. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

All financial transactions (Coin packages, Monthly, and Yearly Subscriptions) are processed securely directly through Google Play In-App Billing. We never collect, store, or have access to your credit card details or payment credentials.

C. Device Permissions

• Camera / Photos (Optional): Used exclusively within the device to let children select a photo for the AI Dream Job / Profession image avatar creation. Photos are processed strictly for the requested feature and are never sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.
• Storage / Media: Used solely to allow you to save and share generated story videos and drawings locally on your device.

3. How We Use the Information

The information collected is used exclusively for:

• Providing and enhancing interactive Urdu & English alphabet tracing and educational games.
• Generating safe, child-friendly AI stories and educational profession avatars.
• Maintaining your coin balance, unlocked levels, and active subscription status across sessions.
• Ensuring technical reliability, preventing abuse, and delivering customer support.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner only with industry-leading, privacy-certified service providers to power the app's backend and security:

• Google Play Services: For core Android functionality, app updates, and identity management.
• Firebase (Google LLC): For secure user authentication (Firebase Auth) and cloud sync of coin balances and learning progress (Firebase Realtime Database).
• Google Play Billing: For secure in-app purchases and subscription management.

5. Children's Privacy Protection (COPPA & GDPR-K)

Protecting children's online safety is our highest priority:

• We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 without verified parental consent.
• We do not display targeted or behavioral advertisements to children.
• All educational content, AI generation prompts, and stories are strictly filtered for child safety and age-appropriateness.
• Parents and guardians have full control to review, edit, or request the immediate deletion of their child's account and data.

6. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your account data only as long as your account remains active. You can request full deletion of your account and associated data at any time:

• In-App: You can switch accounts or clear local data at any time from the app menu.
• Direct Request: Send an email to our support team at ismailtanoli4434@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", and we will permanently delete all your cloud records within 48 hours.

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. Any modifications will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage parents and users to review this page periodically.
